Your AloPortal account holds your portal, your members and your earnings, so we've built sign-in to be simple and safe. Here's how it works and how you can help keep it that way.
✨ Quick answer: AloPortal has no passwords to steal. Keep your email inbox secure, never share a sign-in code, and log out on shared devices.
🔒 How sign-in protects you
No passwords. Each time you sign in, we email you a fresh 6-digit code that works once, for a short time. You can also use Continue with Google or Continue with Facebook.
Extra check before deleting your account. If you signed in a while ago, we email you a code to confirm it's really you.
Your bank details stay with Stripe. AloPortal never sees or stores them. Stripe may ask you for a code before showing them.
✅ Good to know: since your email is your key, the safest thing you can do is protect your inbox (and your Google or Facebook account, if you use one) with a strong password and two-step verification.
💡 Simple habits that help
Never share a sign-in code. We only send one when you ask for it. If someone asks you for your code, it isn't us.
Log out on shared devices. In the account card at the bottom of the left sidebar, click the ⋮ menu next to your name, then Log out. On a phone, tap the menu at the top-left first. If the sidebar is collapsed to icons, click your photo at the bottom, then Log out.
Got a code you didn't ask for? Someone may have typed your email by mistake. Don't share it, and nobody gets in without it.
Check your payout details now and then. Spot something you didn't change? Message us from Help & feedback right away.
💳 Your payouts
Stripe looks after your identity and bank details. AloPortal will never ask you to send bank details by email or chat. Here's where to manage them:
Creators: on the Creator side, open Settings and the Payments tab, or click Payouts in the sidebar, then Manage payout details.
Affiliates and ambassadors: switch to the Member side, open Settings and the Payout account tab.

Not in AloPortal itself, since there's no password to protect. An email sign-in already needs a code from your inbox, and a Google or Facebook sign-in is protected by that account. So turning on two-step verification for your email, Google or Facebook account gives you the same protection.
