How we keep AloPortal safe

How payments are protected, how to report content that breaks the rules, and how to spot a scam.

You and your fans trust AloPortal with real money and real work. Here's how we look after it, and how you can help keep the community safe.

✨ Quick answer: payments run through Stripe, so we never hold your card or bank details. We'll never ask for your sign-in code. Spot something that breaks the rules? Click Report at the bottom of the creator's portal page.

💳 How payments are protected

  • Stripe handles every payment. Card details are typed into Stripe's secure forms. AloPortal never sees or stores full card numbers.

  • Your earnings go to your own Stripe account. Stripe checks who you are and keeps your bank details. We never ask you to send them by email or chat.

  • No passwords to steal. You sign in with a one-time code from your inbox, or with Google or Facebook.

💡 What's allowed on AloPortal

Every portal has to follow our Terms of Service, which explain what content and products are allowed. Please give them a read before you start selling.

🛠️ Report something

See a portal, post or product that breaks the rules, or looks like a scam? You can report it right from the creator's public portal page, signed in or not:

Click Report

Scroll to the bottom of the portal page and click Report (next to Terms, Privacy and Cookie preferences).

Choose what to report

Tap the post, section or item you want to report, or choose Report whole page.

Submit your report

Pick a reason, add details if you like, and click Submit report.

Our team reviews every report. Think someone is using your work without permission? Pick Copyright or impersonation as the reason, and see our Terms of Service for how to send a full copyright notice.

✅ Good to know: if we ever remove something from your portal, we email you and show it on the Creator side in Settings, on the Account status tab. Think we got it wrong? Click Appeal there and a real person reviews it.

🔒 Spot a scam

Scammers sometimes pretend to be AloPortal. We will never:

  • ask for your sign-in code, by email, chat or direct message,

  • ask for your card number or bank details,

  • ask you to pay us outside of AloPortal or Stripe.

⚠️ Heads up: before you sign in, check the address bar says aloportal.com. Payment pages from Stripe live on stripe.com. Got a message that feels off? Don't click anything, and tell us about it from Help & feedback in the app.

Yes. It's the Report link at the bottom of every creator's portal page. You don't need to be signed in to use it.
