Didn't get your sign-in code?

Quick fixes when the 6-digit code from AloPortal doesn't show up or doesn't work.

Your sign-in code usually lands within a few seconds. If it hasn't, one of these will almost always fix it.

✨ Quick answer: check your spam or promotions folder, then tap Resend code on the code screen.

Wait a minute

Some inboxes hold new mail for a short while.

Check spam, junk and promotions

Search your inbox for AloPortal.

Check the address

A small typo sends the code somewhere else. Open the sign-in page again and re-enter your email.

Tap Resend code

You can ask for a new one after a short countdown.

⚠️ Heads up: each new code replaces the last one, so always use the newest email.

🔒 Code doesn't work

  • It may have expired. Codes only last a short time. Tap Resend code for a fresh one.

  • Use the latest code. An older email's code stops working once a new one is sent.

  • Type it fresh. Copying can pick up a stray space. Typing the 6 digits avoids that.

💡 Tips

  • Add AloPortal to your contacts so codes skip the spam folder next time.

  • A code isn't the only way in. If you signed up with Google or Facebook, tap that button on the sign-in page instead.

  • Using a work email? Your company's filters may delay outside mail. A personal address can be quicker.
