Refer creators and track your referrals

Share your ambassador invite link, see how a referral is credited, and read your numbers and analytics.

Once you're an approved ambassador, your invite link does the work. Here's how to share it, how a creator gets credited to you, and where to watch your results.

✨ Quick answer: on the Member side, click Ambassador in the left sidebar and copy your invite link. A creator who opens it and signs up within 30 days is tied to you for good.

Switch to the Member side

Switch to the Member side: use the Creator / Member toggle in the account card at the bottom of the left sidebar. If you don't have a portal, you're already there. On a phone, tap the menu at the top-left first. (Ambassador isn't on the Creator side.)

Open Ambassador

Click Ambassador in the left sidebar.

Copy your invite link

Find the Your invite link card (it's called Invite your first creator until your first referral) and click Copy link.

Share it with creators

Share it wherever creators hear from you: newsletters, videos, posts, courses or one-to-one messages.

Your link takes creators straight to AloPortal's sign-up page with your code attached.

🔒 How a referral is credited

  • When a creator opens your link, their browser remembers your code for 30 days.

  • If they sign up for a new AloPortal account in that time, they're tied to you permanently. It never moves to someone else later.

  • If they open several ambassadors' links first, the most recent link wins.

  • People who already have an AloPortal account can't be referred.

⚠️ Heads up: the code lives in the browser they clicked from. If they click on their phone and sign up on a laptop, or after the 30 days, the sign-up isn't credited. Encourage creators to sign up straight from your link.

🎁 A perk for your creators

Creators you refer get 10% off any paid AloPortal plan, Basic or Pro, monthly or yearly, for as long as they stay subscribed. It's applied automatically, so it's an easy reason to sign up through you.

They get it when they start a plan within 30 days of signing up. Adding a card to their free trial in that time counts, so their plan after the trial is 10% off too.

The top of your Ambassador page shows your key numbers. Click Show all metrics to see them all.

  • Analytics: charts of commission, paying creators, clicks and conversion over time, with a date range and a compare option.
