Ambassador rules and fair play

What's allowed when you promote AloPortal, what isn't, and what happens if a referral looks wrong.

The ambassador program works because every referral is a real creator who chose AloPortal. These rules keep it fair for you, for other ambassadors and for creators.

✨ Quick answer: promote honestly, say you're an ambassador, and only refer real creators who aren't you. Self-referrals and fake accounts earn nothing and can end your place in the program.

✅ Do

  • Disclose the relationship. Say clearly that you earn from referrals, for example "I'm an AloPortal ambassador". Advertising rules in most countries require it.

  • Be accurate. Describe AloPortal's plans, fees and features as they really are.

  • Use your own invite link, shared with people who might genuinely want to sell on AloPortal. You'll find it on the Member side: click Ambassador in the left sidebar.

Why

Referring yourself, or your own second account

Your own account never earns you commission. A second account to get around this is treated as fraud.

Fake, bot or duplicate accounts

Commissions must come from real creators.

Spam, cookie stuffing or forced clicks

A referral has to be a real choice by the creator.

Misleading claims about AloPortal or what creators will earn

It breaks trust and advertising law.

Pretending to be AloPortal, or using our name or logo as if you were us

Creators must always know who they're dealing with.

🔒 How we keep it fair

  • We check referral activity for unusual patterns, like many sign-ups from one place or clicks that don't look human.

  • Commissions from a referral under review can be held until it's checked.

  • Refunded or disputed payments always reverse their commission.

🚫 Careful: if we find a rule has been broken, we can withhold unpaid commissions and remove you from the program. Earnings that came from fraud aren't paid.

Yes, as long as the ad is honest, says you're an ambassador, and doesn't look like it comes from AloPortal itself.

Yes. Any real creator who signs up through your link counts, including people you know.
