Your notifications and how to change them

What AloPortal tells you about, where it shows up, and how to get your notifications in Telegram.

New subscriber? Payout on its way? We'll let you know. Here's how notifications work and how to make them fit the way you like to hear about things.

✨ Quick answer: click Settings in the left sidebar, then the Notifications tab, to choose what shows in the app and what also goes to Telegram. On a phone, tap the menu at the top-left first.

🔔 Where notifications show up

In the app: the bell at the top of your dashboard shows your latest notifications, with a badge for unread ones. New ones also pop up as you work. Click one to open it, or use Mark all read.
Telegram: get them in a Telegram chat on your phone, if you connect it.
Email: important things like receipts, new subscribers, sales and payouts also arrive by email.

⚙️ Choose what you hear about

On the Creator side, click Settings in the left sidebar, then the Notifications tab. The Preferences card has a switch for each kind of activity. (The Member side has its own Notifications tab, with categories for what you buy and earn as a member.)

Category	What it covers
Payments	Payments received, receipts, failed charges
Subscriptions	New subscribers, renewals, cancellations, expirations
Payouts	Cash out requests, payouts sent or failed
Ambassador & affiliate	Approvals, commissions earned or reversed
Account & plan	Plan changes, Stripe account status, onboarding, and tips about your plan

Everything is on in the app to start with. Changes save straight away.

📧 Emails about your portal

Below Preferences, the Emails card lets you choose two optional emails:

Monthly summary: on the 1st of each month, last month's visits, new members and revenue, compared with the month before, plus what did best. It only comes when your portal had some activity that month.
Weekly revenue digest: on Mondays, when there's something worth fixing: last week's visits, leads and sales, with up to two suggestions.

Both start switched on. Turn either one off here, or click Unsubscribe at the bottom of that email: it turns off only that email, and the page it opens lets you turn it back on.

🛠️ Get notifications in Telegram

Click Connect Telegram

Click Settings in the left sidebar, open the Notifications tab and click Connect Telegram.

Press Start

Telegram opens. Press Start.

Choose your categories

Back in AloPortal, a Telegram column appears. Turn on the categories you want on your phone.

To stop, click Disconnect on the Telegram card.

⚠️ Heads up: Clear in the bell removes every notification from your list for good, after you confirm with Clear all. Use Mark all read instead if you want to look back later.

❓ Questions

Can I turn off emails?

Emails about your money and your account, like receipts, sales, new subscribers and payouts, always arrive so you never miss something important. The monthly summary and weekly revenue digest each have their own switch in the Emails card above. Tips and updates from us include an unsubscribe link at the bottom.

Is this the same as the Telegram group for my members?

No. This sends your own notifications to you. A members-only Telegram group is a separate section on your portal.

Do you send push notifications or texts?

Not yet. Use the bell, email, or Telegram on your phone.
