Your numbers tell you what's working. Here's where to find them and what each one means.

✨ Quick answer: on the Creator side, click Dashboard in the left sidebar (on a phone, tap the menu at the top-left first). Overview shows the last 30 days at a glance. The Analytics tab lets you pick any date range and holds Members and revenue and, on Pro, Deeper analytics.

πŸ“Š Overview: your last 30 days

The Overview tab is your daily check-in. It shows:

  • Active subscribers, New subscribers and Total subscribers

  • MRR: your monthly recurring revenue from active subscriptions, before fees

  • Profit: your monthly take-home after AloPortal's fee

  • One-time revenue: tips, single purchases and lifetime plans

  • Portal views, Leads, Gross volume and Net volume

Below the cards you'll find charts for subscribers by plan, revenue and new subscribers, plus a list of members whose payment is failing so you can follow up.

πŸ—“οΈ Analytics: pick your range

The Analytics tab starts with six cards (Gross volume, Net volume, New subscribers, Portal views, Leads and Conversion) and charts of your sales, new subscribers, traffic and leads over time. Every number on the tab follows the controls at the top:

  • Date range: Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, This month, Last month, Year to date or All time, or choose your own dates. Analytics go back up to 3 years.

  • Group by day, week or month.

  • Compare to previous period adds a dashed line for the period just before, with the change on each card.

Every card has a three-dot menu: Share as image, Download image and, where the card has a table, Download CSV.

Card

What it shows

MRR

Monthly recurring revenue at the end of the range. A yearly plan counts as a twelfth of its price each month. Lifetime plans, free plans and paused memberships add nothing.

Active members

Memberships active at the end of the range, on any plan. Paused ones aren't counted.

Revenue

What fans paid in the range, less refunds, before fees.

Revenue by product

What each membership plan, paid post, course, paid block and tips brought in. Renewals count under their plan.

On Pro, Growth and retention adds:

  • MRR over time: your recurring revenue at the end of each day, week or month.

  • MRR movement: how it changed, from Start through New, Upgrades, Downgrades and Churned to End.

  • Churn: how many paying members stopped paying, and the monthly revenue they took with them.

  • Refunds and disputes: money given back, your refund rate, and payments a fan disputed with their bank, with the reason in plain words.

  • Retention by join month: members grouped by the month they joined, and how many are still with you after 1, 2, 3 months and on. Lifetime plans are left out. The average shows once 5 members are past their first month.

Panel

What it shows

Where visitors come from

Social, search, direct and other sites, then your top sites with their icons (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google and more).

Sales funnel

Visits, then Saw locked content, Started checkout and Paid, with the share who went on at each step. Renewals aren't new sales, so they're not counted.

Top links

Clicks on your link and button blocks, counted once per visit, with each link's click rate and a small chart.

Countries

Your top 10 countries, with their flags.

Devices

The split between mobile, tablet and desktop, as a gauge.

Campaigns

Visits from links you tagged. Add tags to the end of a link you share, for example aloportal.com/your-link?utm_source=instagram&utm_campaign=launch, and that campaign shows up here.

Filter with one click: click a source, country, device or campaign and every panel shows only those visits. A chip at the top (for example Source: Instagram) shows what's on. Click the row again, or remove the chip, to clear it. The funnel always shows all visits.

βœ… Your visitors stay private: a site, country or campaign is named only once it has 5 or more visits in the range. Smaller ones are grouped as Other, and a filter that matches fewer than 5 visits keeps the panels hidden. Your own visits never count, and a visitor counts once per visit, not on every refresh.

⚠️ Heads up: devices, link clicks and campaign tags are recorded from October 3, 2026. Visits before then still count in your totals, sources and countries.

Not on Pro? You'll see a blurred preview with sample numbers. Click Upgrade to Pro to unlock it with your own.

πŸ“₯ Export your numbers (Pro)

1

Open the Analytics tab

On the Creator side, open Dashboard, then the Analytics tab.

2

Pick your range

Pick your range and any filters.

3

Click Export

Click the Export button at the right end of the controls.

4

Choose a file type

Choose Excel workbook (.xlsx) for one file with a Summary tab and a tab for each panel, or CSV files (.zip) for one CSV per panel.

Exports hold exactly what the panels show: never a single visitor, a time finer than a day or a full web address.

βš™οΈ Connect your ad pixels (Pro)

Running ads? On Pro, you can send visits and purchases from your portal to your own ad accounts.

1

Open the Analytics settings

On the Creator side, click Settings in the left sidebar, then the Analytics tab.

2

Add your pixel IDs

Add your Meta Pixel ID, your Google Measurement ID or your TikTok Pixel ID. For Meta and TikTok, you can also add a token from Events Manager so sales still reach them when a browser blocks the pixel.

3

Turn on UTM parameters

Turn on UTM parameters if you want Google Analytics to see which visits came from your page.

4

Press Save all

Press Save all in the save bar.

⚠️ Heads up: pixels only fire for visitors who accept marketing cookies, so your ad platform may show fewer visits than your dashboard.

❓ Questions

It sent fewer than 5 visits in your range. We group small numbers so no single visitor can be picked out. Try a longer range.

MRR is what your memberships bring in each month right now. Revenue is what fans actually paid in the range, including one-time sales and tips, less refunds.

Use the Portal picker at the top of your dashboard.

We keep your IDs saved but stop adding them to your page. They start working again as soon as you're back on Pro.
