Moving from another link-in-bio page or website? You don't have to copy everything by hand. Give Alo AI the link and it brings your links, bio and photo over for you.

✨ Quick answer: paste your old page's link into the Alo AI chat and say "rebuild this on my portal". Review the result, then press Save all.

🚀 During setup

On the Links step of setup, add your link under Your old link page (for example linktr.ee/you or beacons.ai/you). When Alo AI builds your portal, it reads that page and brings over your links, title and photo. If the page is private or gone, it builds from your answers instead.

🛠️ Any time after

Open Alo AI

On the Creator side, click Portal designer in the left sidebar, then Build with Alo under the phone preview on the right. On a phone, tap the menu at the top-left to reach Portal designer, then tap Alo AI in the bottom bar.

Paste the link

Paste the link to any public page: an old link page, your website, a blog post, or a podcast or blog feed.

Tell Alo AI what you want

Tell Alo AI what you want, like "rebuild my links", "turn this blog post into a post" or "read my whole site and build my page".

Review and save

Review what it made. Keep it with Save all, or Discard it.

✅ Good to know: your links are copied exactly as they are, and your photo only becomes part of your portal once you save.

⚠️ Heads up: Alo AI only opens a link you paste yourself, and it never opens Instagram or TikTok profiles. To use your social posts, connect your accounts instead.

Does importing use credits?

Yes, it uses Alo AI credits like any other request. Reading a whole site uses more than a single page. See Alo AI credits and top-ups.

Alo AI says it can't read my page. What now?

The page may be private, need a login, or be too large. Copy the text from the page and paste it into the chat instead.

How much of my website can it read?

When you ask it to read your whole site, Alo AI reads the page you pasted plus up to 8 more pages from the same site.
