Schedule a section to show or hide (Pro)

Pick when a section appears on your page and when it hides again. Great for launches, limited offers and events.

Launching something at a set time? Running an offer for one weekend only? On Pro, any section of your portal can show up at a time you choose and hide again when you're done, all on its own.

✨ Quick answer: in the portal designer, click the 📅 calendar button on a section, pick Show from and Hide after, click Save schedule, then Save all.

🛠️ Schedule a section

Open Portal designer

Click Portal designer in the left sidebar (on a phone, tap the menu at the top-left first). Stay on the Portal tab.

Click the calendar button

On the section you want to time, click the calendar button (Schedule this section) on its header, next to the up and down arrows.

Choose the times

Choose Show from, Hide after, or both. Leave one empty for no limit on that side.

Save the schedule

Click Save schedule, then Save all to put it live.

Times are in your own time zone, which the window shows you.

✅ Good to know: you always see your scheduled sections in the designer. A small pill tells you where each one stands: Scheduled (not showing yet), Timed (showing now, hides later) or Ended. Hover it to see the exact times.

⚙️ What your visitors see

  • Before the show time and after the hide time, the section isn't on your page at all, not even hidden in the page's code.

  • It appears and disappears right on time, with nothing for you to do.

  • Switch the preview to Visitor to see your page exactly as a visitor sees it right now.

  • A launch link that goes live the moment your course opens.

  • A weekend discount button that hides itself on Monday morning.

  • An event signup form that disappears once registration closes.

❓ Questions

Click the calendar button again, choose Remove schedule, then Save schedule and Save all. The section shows all the time again.

Schedules you already set keep working, so an offer that was meant to end still ends. Setting a new schedule or changing one needs Pro. You can always remove a schedule, on any plan.

No. When you duplicate a section, the copy starts without a schedule, so you can set its own times.
