Switch between Creator and Member

One account, two sides: how to switch between running your portal and enjoying the creators you follow.

Creators are fans too! Your AloPortal account has two sides: Creator, where you run your portal, and Member, where you enjoy the creators you follow. Same account, same sign-in.

✨ Quick answer: use the Creator / Member toggle in the account card at the bottom of the left sidebar, just under your name.

🛠️ How to switch

Find your account card

Find the account card at the bottom of the left sidebar, with your photo and name. On a phone, tap the menu (three lines) at the top-left first: the account card is at the bottom of that menu.

Click Creator or Member

Click Creator or Member in the toggle just below your name.

Collapsed the sidebar to icons? Click your photo at the bottom, then choose Creator or Member under Switch profile.

Have unsaved changes in your portal? We'll ask before you switch, so nothing gets lost.

⚙️ What's on each side

Creator

Member

Dashboard, Portal designer, Payouts, Courses, Posts, Broadcasts, Affiliates and Settings

Home (your library, your courses and new posts from your creators), Affiliate, Ambassador, Payouts and Settings

Your plan, billing, sales tax and account status live in creator Settings

Your memberships, purchases and payout account live in member Settings

Earning as an affiliate or ambassador? Affiliate, Ambassador and your partner Payouts are on the Member side only, so switch to Member first.

✅ Good to know: joined as a fan and want to start creating? Tap Creator and we'll walk you through setting up your portal.

❓ Questions

No. Subscribe with the same account, and everything you join shows up on the Member side.

Yes. Your photo, name and username are shared, so a change on one side shows on the other.

In the account card at the bottom of the left sidebar, on both the Creator and the Member side. On a phone, tap the menu at the top-left first.

🚫 Careful: deleting your account from either side deletes the whole account, including your portal and your memberships.
