Update your profile, email and username

Change your photo, name and username, and how to change the email you sign in with.

Your profile is how you appear inside AloPortal. Here's what you can change and where to find it.

✨ Quick answer: click Settings in the left sidebar. You land on the Account tab, where you change your photo, name and username. To change your email, message us from the app.

🛠️ Change your photo, name or username

Click Settings

Click Settings in the left sidebar. It works from the Creator or the Member side: your profile is the same on both. On a phone, tap the menu at the top-left first.

Edit your profile

You land on the Account tab. In the Profile card, click Change picture, or edit your First name, Last name or Username.

Click Save all

Click Save all in the bar that appears at the bottom of the screen.

Photo

PNG, JPG, WebP, GIF, AVIF or HEIC. We shrink it for you, and it needs to end up under 1 MB.

Username

2 to 30 characters: lowercase letters, numbers and single hyphens, with at least one letter. It starts and ends with a letter or number, and needs to be free.

✅ Good to know: your username is your @handle inside AloPortal. It isn't your portal's web address, so changing it never breaks your links.

💡 Your portal's name and address

The name, photo and web address your fans see on your portal are set separately. On the Creator side, open Portal designer in the left sidebar to change them. Changing your profile here doesn't change your portal.

🔒 Change your email

Your email is how you sign in, so it shows greyed out on the Account tab and we change it with you. Click Help & feedback at the bottom of the left sidebar and tell us the new address. We'll sort it out together.

Usernames are first come, first served. Try adding a word or a number, like maya-fit or maya2.
