Your member home is your own space on AloPortal. It gathers everything you've joined and bought, so you never have to hunt for a link again.

✨ Quick answer: tap Sign in at the top of any creator's portal. You'll land on your member home, under Home.

Sections appear once they have something in them, so a brand new account starts with Find a creator to follow.

🧭 Finding your way

The left sidebar on the Member side has Home, Affiliate, Ambassador, Payouts and Settings. On a phone, tap the menu (three lines) at the top-left to open it. Affiliate, Ambassador and Payouts are only for people who earn commission by recommending creators.

⚙️ Your settings

Click Settings in the left sidebar to manage your account. It has these tabs:

  • Account: your name, username and photo, and deleting your account.

  • Notifications: what you hear about in the app or on Telegram.

  • Memberships: your plans, billing, pausing and cancelling.

  • Purchases: single items and tips you've paid for.

✅ Good to know: are you a creator too? Use the Creator / Member toggle in the account card at the bottom of the left sidebar to move between your portal and your member home.

Make sure you're signed in with the same email you used to pay. If it's still missing, see I paid but can't see my content.

They're only for people who earn commission by recommending creators. If you don't do that, you can ignore them.
