Sign in to see what your membership unlocks, read posts and track your progress through courses.

Once you've joined or bought something, it opens right on the creator's portal. Here's how to get to it and make the most of courses.

✨ Quick answer: sign in with the email you paid with. Everything your plan includes unlocks automatically, and items you bought show as Purchased.

🔒 Seeing your content

Tap Sign in

Go to the creator's portal and tap Sign in at the top of the page. (Already signed in? Skip to step 4.)

Use your payment email

Use the same email you paid with (a 6-digit code, or Continue with Google or Continue with Facebook).

Open the creator

You land on your member Home. Open the creator from Your library, or pick up a course under Continue where you left off.

Open included items

On the creator's portal, items in your plan show Included. Tap any of them to open it.

Something still says Unlock with a plan name? It belongs to a different plan. You can switch plans or buy just that item.

🚀 Taking a course

  • Tap Start course, or Continue to pick up where you left off.

  • Video lessons count as complete once you've watched almost all of the video.

  • Reading lessons complete when you reach the end, or tap Mark as complete (or Complete and continue).

  • Add private notes under Your notes and bookmark moments. The creator can't see your notes.

  • Some lessons open on a schedule, for example Complete the previous lesson first or Unlocks on a date.

✅ Good to know: your progress is saved to your account, so you can switch between your phone and computer. Some courses give you a certificate when you finish.

❓ Questions

Access can take a minute to turn on. Refresh the page, and check you're signed in with the email you paid with.

The creator has removed your access. If you think this is a mistake, use the Contact link at the bottom of their portal page, if they've added one.

No. While paused, members-only content is locked. Resume any time to get it back: on the Member side, open Settings, then the Memberships tab, tap the creator and tap Resume membership.
