Join a creator's membership

Pick a plan, sign in with your email and pay securely to unlock a creator's members-only content.

Love what a creator makes? Joining their membership takes a minute and unlocks everything their plan includes, right on their portal.

Open the plans

Open the creator's portal and tap Become a member, View plans or a locked item that says Join to unlock.

Choose your plan

Choose your plan and how often you'd like to pay (for example monthly or yearly). The Recommended option is the creator's pick.

Sign in

Sign in, right on the checkout page. Enter your email, tap Email me a code, then type the 6-digit code and tap Verify and continue. Or use Continue with Google or Continue with Facebook. New here? We create your account automatically.

Enter your name

If we don't have your name yet, you'll see What should the creator call you? Enter your First name and Last name and tap Continue to payment. Google and Facebook usually fill this in for you, so you may skip this step.

Agree to the terms

If the creator has membership terms, read them and tick the box to agree.

Tap Subscribe

Enter your payment details and tap Subscribe.

You'll land on a You're in page. Tap Open what you unlocked to go straight back to the portal, or Manage membership to see it in the Memberships tab of your member Settings, where you can change your plan, update your card, pause or cancel.

💳 Paying and receipts

You pay the creator directly. They are the seller, and payments are handled securely by Stripe. You can pay by card, and Apple Pay or Google Pay show up when your device supports them.

  • Free trial: if a plan has one, you'll see "Free for X days". You add your card now and you're only charged when the trial ends.

  • Setup fee: some plans have a one-time setup fee, shown before you pay.

  • Sales tax: some creators collect tax, so you may be asked for a billing address.

  • Receipt: we email you a receipt after every payment.

✅ Good to know: memberships renew automatically, and you can cancel any time from your account. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

No. Signing in at checkout creates your account for you. Use the same email every time so all your memberships stay in one place.

Tap Sign up on the sign-in page. You only need your email (or Google or Facebook). You won't be asked for a portal name, because you're joining as a member, not starting your own portal. Once you're in, you go straight back to the creator's portal. If you'd like your own portal one day, use the Creator / Member toggle at the bottom of the left sidebar.

The creator is still setting up payments. Check back a little later, or use the Contact link at the bottom of their portal page, if they've added one, to let them know.

When you subscribe to or buy from a creator, they receive your name and email so they can deliver what you bought and contact you about it. You can change your name later on the Member side in Settings → Account.
