Ambassador payouts
How your ambassador earnings clear, how to cash them out, and what Stripe charges to send them.

Ambassador earnings are paid the same way as affiliate earnings, from the same Payouts page. Here's the short version.
✨ Quick answer: on the Member side, click Payouts in the left sidebar and set up your payout account once. When your available balance reaches the minimum ($25 in US dollars), click Cash out. The money is usually sent about 8 days later.

Switch to the Member side
Switch to the Member side with the Creator / Member toggle at the bottom of the left sidebar (if you don't have a portal, you're already there). On a phone, tap the menu at the top-left first.
Open Payouts
Click Payouts in the left sidebar. (The Payouts item on the Creator side is for your own portal's sales, not your commission.)
Set up your payout account
If you haven't yet, click Set up payout account and finish Stripe's short form.
Click Cash out
When you have enough available, click Cash out, check the breakdown, and confirm.
Cash out affiliate balances too
If you're also an affiliate, the same click cashes out those balances too.
Your ambassador cash outs are listed in the Payouts tab of your Ambassador page.
💳 Costs and timing
AloPortal takes nothing from a cash out. Stripe's own cost of sending it comes off: $0.25 + 0.25% per payout, $2 on your first cash out each month, plus 0.25% outside the US. Every line is shown before you confirm. If your bank account isn't in US dollars, Stripe converts the money when it arrives and keeps about 1%; AloPortal takes nothing for that.
Every cash out is reviewed and usually sent about 8 days after you request it. Your bank then takes a few business days. Add the clearing time above for the full wait from a sale to your bank.
While your account is new, each cash out has a limit. Anything over it stays in your balance for your next cash out, and you'll see a note saying how much.

Each commission clears before you can cash it out. The message shows the exact date the rest becomes available.

Payouts adds them up into one balance in US dollars, at the rate Stripe actually gives us. Once that reaches the $25 minimum, one click on Cash out sends every currency together, and the breakdown shows each one. Tap By currency to see the original amounts. A leftover worth under about $5 waits for your next cash out, because Stripe's flat fees would take most of it.

Cash outs are paused for now, and the amber box on Payouts says why. If you recently added or changed your bank account, they open again by themselves after 3 days (the box shows the date); the first bank you add when you set up payouts doesn't start this wait. If you're in the US and we pay you $2,000 or more in 2026, you get a 1099-NEC on the Member side, in Settings → Tax & documents. Everywhere else, report your earnings under your local rules.
