Manage your course students

See who's taking your courses and how far they've got, invite students for free, and manage access.

Every course comes with a student list, so you can cheer on your learners, help anyone who's stuck and keep access in your hands.

💡 Quick answer: click Courses in the left sidebar and open your course. In the course builder, open the ⋯ menu at the top and choose Students (it appears once the course has a lesson). For every course at once, open Courses in the sidebar and switch to the Students tab.

🚀 See your students

  • Each row shows when they Enrolled, their Progress, when they were Last active and whether they've Completed the course.

  • Filter by status (Active, Completed, Revoked, Banned) or by how they joined (Plan, Purchase, Invite, Free), or use Search by name, username or email.

  • Each student shows their name. For students who paid (a purchase or a plan), their email shows under it too, and searching by email finds them. Invited and free students show their username there instead. Someone with no name or username shows as Member with the date they joined.

  • Choose Details from a student's ⋯ menu for their lesson-by-lesson progress.

  • Export CSV downloads the list for your own records, with name, username and, for students who paid, email.

Click Invite

In the course builder, open the ⋯ menu at the top, choose Students and click Invite.

Enter their username

Enter their AloPortal username and press Invite free.

They get access

They see the course unlocked the next time they visit. Removing them later takes the access away.

🔒 Manage access

What it does

Mark complete

Marks the course as finished for them. It never issues a certificate.

Remove (keeps progress)

Takes away invited access. Buyers and plan members keep the access they paid for. Restore brings an invite back.

Ban

Blocks this course for them, even if they bought it. Unban reverses it. Refunds are separate.

Block from your page

Stops them joining or interacting with your whole portal.

Reset progress

Erases their lessons, watch time and completion. Their access stays.

🚫 Careful: Reset progress can't be undone. Their progress is gone for good.

📊 See how your courses perform

In Courses in the sidebar, the Analytics tab shows enrollments and revenue over time, how each course is doing, Where students stop and quiz pass rates. It's a great way to spot the lesson that needs a little love.
