Your members list shows everyone who has joined one of your plans. Here's how to find people, what members can do on their own, and how to remove someone when you need to.

✨ Quick answer: on the Creator side, click Dashboard in the left sidebar and open the Subscribers tab. On a phone, tap the menu at the top-left first. To remove someone, click Block on their row.

πŸ“Š Your subscribers list

  • Filter by Active, Paused, Cancelled or Expired, and use Search by name or email to find someone.

  • Each row shows the member's Name with their email under it, their Plan, billing Period, who Referred by (if an affiliate did), and the Start date and End date.

  • Members give their first and last name at checkout (Google and Facebook sign-ins usually fill it in for them), so you see real names. Someone with no name yet shows their username, their email, or Member with the date they joined.

  • Have more than one portal? Pick the portal at the top of the dashboard.

You also get an email when someone new joins or buys something, so you don't need to keep checking.

βš™οΈ What members can do themselves

Action

What happens

Cancel

They keep access until the end of the period they paid for. No refund for the days left.

Pause

A 1, 2 or 3 month break that starts when their paid period ends. It picks back up by itself.

Upgrade

They pay the difference for the rest of the current period, then the new price.

Downgrade

The cheaper plan starts at the end of their current period.

Update their card or get invoices

From the Billing & invoices button in their own Settings β†’ Memberships (on the Member side).

πŸ’³ When a payment fails

If a renewal doesn't go through, Stripe tries the card again over the following days and we email the member to update it. They keep access while Stripe retries. If every retry fails, the membership ends.

πŸ› οΈ Remove a member (block)

1

Click Block on their row

On the Creator side, click Dashboard in the left sidebar, open the Subscribers tab and click Block on their row.

2

Read what happens

The dialog shows exactly what happens, including any refund.

3

Choose a reason

Choose a reason (required) and add a note if you like.

4

Refund in full (optional)

Optional: tick Refund their last payment in full instead.

5

Click Block

Click Block.

Their membership ends right away and they won't be charged again. They get back the unused part of their current period automatically, which the law requires in places like Quebec and the EU. They also can't join your page or its chats again while blocked.

🚫 Careful: a refund can't be taken back. Unblocking someone lets them subscribe again, but doesn't restore the membership the block ended.

Your blocked people are listed under the subscribers table, with Unblock next to each one.

❓ Questions

Not yet. Blocking is how you end someone's membership. If you only want to give money back, refund the payment from Payouts β†’ Transactions. Their membership keeps running.

Not yet for subscribers. Your mailing list has an Export CSV button on its own tab.

When someone subscribes to or buys from you, you receive their name and email so you can deliver what they bought and contact them about it. Our Privacy Policy tells them so. You see emails only for people who bought from your portal, never for the affiliates who referred them.

Yes. Current members keep the price they joined at. New members pay the new one.
