Your earnings are your income, so at tax time you'll want your forms and receipts in one place. Here's where each one lives.

✨ Quick answer: on the Creator side, click Settings in the left sidebar. Tax forms and Stripe's tax invoices are on the Tax & documents tab. What you've paid AloPortal is in Settings → Billing.

🧾 About the 1099-K (US only)

If you're in the US and cross the IRS reporting thresholds, Stripe sends you and the IRS a 1099-K, because your sales run on your own Stripe account.
It reports your gross sales for the year. It's a summary of what you were paid, not your tax return.
It appears in Settings → Tax & documents once Stripe issues it, usually early in the new year.

⚠️ Heads up: the page stays empty until there's a form to show. That's normal, especially in your first year or if you're outside the US.

🔒 Your responsibilities

You're the seller, so reporting your income and filing your tax return is up to you, wherever you live. AloPortal doesn't file taxes for you. If you collect sales tax or VAT, see Collect sales tax and VAT.

❓ Questions

Why do I need to set up payouts first?

Your forms come from your Stripe account. Until it exists, there's nothing to show, so the page asks you to finish payout setup.

My details on the form are wrong. What do I do?

Update your details in Settings → Payments, where Stripe keeps them. If a form has already been issued, message us from Help & feedback and we'll help.
