What buyers see as "Sold by"
Why your name, address, phone and email appear at checkout and on receipts, and where to change them.

When someone buys from you, they are buying from you, not from AloPortal. The law in Quebec, and the same rule across Canada, says a buyer must see who they are buying from before they pay: your name or business name, an address, a phone number and, if you have one, an email. Buyers see it on the checkout page under "Sold by" and again on their receipt.
These details come from your Stripe account's public details. To check or change them, go to Settings, then Payments (Creator side). The Stripe panel there has a "Public details" section with an Edit button: that is where you set your support phone, support address and support email. A notice above the panel tells you if anything is still missing and turns green once buyers can see the full set.
A business or mailing address is fine; it does not have to be your home. Changes show within a moment.
